Why this book?

I have watched multiple videos of Samin Nosrat on Youtube all throughout the years including her Netflix series. I really love her energy and how she presents food.

This book as the first cookbook of the month will serve as a guide for those who wants to learn more about the basics of cooking but also a great resource for those who already know how to cook. The first part of the book is all about the techniques of cooking and exploring different flavor profile and the other half is a feast of recipes from all over the world. I love that it's not just about playing it safe; it nudges you to step out of your comfort zone while actually showing you the ropes. Definitely a must have!
